Consent for Communications

By providing your contact information through the RSLNT Wellness website and opting in to receive communications, you consent to the following terms regarding how we may contact you.
SMS/Text Messages
By checking the SMS opt-in box on our consultation form and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive text messages from RSLNT Wellness regarding:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Follow-up communications related to your consultation request
- Treatment-related information and updates
- Clinic announcements and operational updates
Message frequency: You may receive up to 8 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates apply to all text messages sent and received.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe from future SMS communications. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

Email Communications
By submitting your email address through our consultation form, you consent to receive email communications from RSLNT Wellness, including:
- Consultation request confirmations
- Appointment scheduling and reminders
- Educational content about TMS therapy and mental health (if opted in)
- Clinic updates and announcements
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in every email. Transactional emails related to your consultation or treatment cannot be opted out of while you have an active request.
Phone Calls
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive phone calls from RSLNT Wellness for the purpose of scheduling and following up on your consultation request. We will not use your phone number for telemarketing purposes.
Important Disclosures
- Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services, or receiving treatment at RSLNT Wellness.
- You may withdraw your consent to receive communications at any time without affecting your eligibility for care.
- We will never sell, rent, or share your phone number or email address with third-party marketers.
- All communications are subject to our Privacy Policy.
