RSLNT Wellness is a veteran-led mental health clinic in Provo, Utah. We bring FDA-cleared TMS therapy, medication management, and counseling to Utah County families. The standard mental health system is broken. RSLNT is what we built to fix it locally.

Isaac Toleafoa founded RSLNT Wellness because he saw too many people in his own community get stuck inside a broken mental health system. Friends who tried six different antidepressants without relief. Veterans who waited months for an appointment, then waited months again to find out the medication was not the right fit. Family members who quietly gave up on getting better.
He started RSLNT Wellness to do mental health care the way he believes it should be done: evidence-based, transparent about outcomes, built around the patient instead of the billing cycle, and rooted in the people of Provo and Utah County.
Isaac leads the clinic alongside a team of licensed clinicians who deliver every clinical service. He focuses on patient access, clinic operations, and making sure RSLNT stays a place where people who have tried everything else can still find a path forward. That includes accepting Tricare for veterans and military families, working with most major Utah insurers, and never charging patients for the consultation.
RSLNT offers three core services: FDA-cleared TMS therapy, medication management, and counseling. The clinic does not offer ketamine. Every patient gets a full evaluation, a clear treatment plan, and a single point of contact who knows their case.
Clinical Team
Licensed clinicians, full transparency
Every clinical service at RSLNT Wellness is delivered by a licensed clinician who is qualified to provide that specific care in the State of Utah. TMS treatments are administered under the direction of a licensed prescribing provider. Medication management is provided by a licensed psychiatric provider. Counseling is provided by licensed mental health therapists.
We are actively hiring. Provider names, credentials, and scope of practice will appear on this page as the team finalizes onboarding ahead of our May 2026 opening. If you would like to speak to a clinician before then, call us at (385) 207-2211 and we will arrange a free consultation.
A note on transparency:
RSLNT Wellness will never list a provider on this page who is not actually delivering care at the clinic. If you have questions about who you will be seeing for your treatment, ask. We will give you a real answer.
