Common questions from veterans and military families
Do you accept Tricare?
Yes. RSLNT Wellness is in network with Tricare West, administered by HealthNet Federal Services. We work with active-duty service members, retirees, dependents, and reservists. We verify your benefits before your first visit so you know exactly what (if anything) you will pay out of pocket.
Is TMS therapy covered by Tricare?
Tricare covers TMS therapy for major depressive disorder when medical necessity criteria are met, which most patients with treatment-resistant depression meet. Coverage rules also apply to TMS for OCD. We handle the prior authorization paperwork directly with HealthNet so you do not have to.
Can I use VA Community Care for TMS?
If you are a veteran enrolled in VA care and your local VA cannot provide TMS in a reasonable time, you may qualify for VA Community Care. RSLNT can coordinate with the Salt Lake VA Health Care System and the Provo VA Clinic to set up a referral. Call us and we will walk you through it.
What conditions do you treat for veterans?
Combat-related PTSD, treatment-resistant depression, generalized anxiety, panic disorder, OCD, and the depression that often follows traumatic brain injury (TBI). Many veterans benefit from TMS plus counseling, with EMDR for trauma processing.
Will TMS interfere with my disability rating?
No. Treatment does not change your VA disability rating. RSLNT Wellness does not perform compensation and pension exams and we do not report treatment progress to the VA disability system unless you request a letter for your records.
Do you treat active-duty service members?
Yes. Hill Air Force Base, Camp Williams, and other Utah military installations are within our service area. We coordinate with command-directed evaluations when authorized and we follow all DoD confidentiality protections for active-duty mental health care.
