Visits are usually most weekdays for several weeks. Your clinician sets your schedule. Below is how that schedule works, what the drive looks like from south Utah County, and how to find out at a free consult whether TMS is a fit for you. RSLNT Wellness is a veteran-owned, minority-owned and veteran-operated TMS clinic inside Provo Towne Centre, and we serve Spanish Fork and all of Utah County.

The schedule is the part that worries people

Maybe your provider brought up TMS, or a friend or neighbor mentioned it. You looked it up and saw "daily sessions," and you started doing the math: work, kids, the drive, one more thing on a full calendar.

That worry makes sense. You shouldn't have to guess whether a treatment fits your week before anyone even talks with you. You deserve a plan you can see before you commit.

What is TMS, in one paragraph?

Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is a brain stimulation treatment done in our clinic. The National Institute of Mental Health describes the most common side effects as mild, such as scalp discomfort or headache. For more, read how TMS works at our clinic.

MagVenture MagPro R30, FDA-cleared for major depressive disorder.

How often you come in, and for how long

Here's how long each visit's treatment takes at our clinic:

  • Standard TMS: 30 minutes, including your first session.
  • Accelerated TMS: 10 minutes, and your first accelerated session takes 15 minutes.

Your clinician recommends a protocol after reviewing your diagnosis and history. RSLNT also offers TMS protocols for PTSD, OCD, anxiety, cognitive enhancement and pain, plus therapy and medication management.

Fitting visits into a south county week

Our clinic is open Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. That opens up a few options people from Spanish Fork and Payson use:

  • After work. We're open until 8:00 PM, so you can come after work instead of taking time off.
  • Around school pickup. A midday or early evening visit can fit between drop-off and dinner.
  • With errands. We're inside Provo Towne Centre, so a visit can share a trip with shopping you already do in Provo.

Bring your real calendar to your consult. Your clinician can talk through which protocol and times make sense for your week.

Getting to RSLNT from Spanish Fork

Questions people in south Utah County ask us

Is there TMS in Spanish Fork itself?

There are TMS options around Utah County. Whichever clinic you look at, ask what device they use and what it's cleared for, what the hours are, how they check your insurance, and whether they'll tell you honestly if you're not a candidate. Then pick the one you can get to week after week.

Does RSLNT take my insurance?

RSLNT Wellness accepts TRICARE, TriWest and VA Community Care. VA Community Care usually starts with a VA referral, and we confirm referrals and benefits at your consult.

TRICARE's coverage page says TRICARE covers TMS on an outpatient basis for adults with major depressive disorder. VA's eligibility page says you need to be enrolled in or eligible for VA health care, and to have approval from your VA health care team before you get care from a community provider. Read our TRICARE and TMS page for Provo, or our page on care for veterans and their families.

Coverage details are from TRICARE and VA public pages as of October 2026 and can change.

What should I expect to pay?

Our focus is your care. We want costs to be clear before you start. We check your insurance first, talk through payment options and in-house financing, and go over it all at your free consult. What you pay for TMS depends on your plan. Our page on TMS cost in Utah covers what we look at before treatment starts.

Do I have to stop my medication?

Not automatically. Some people keep taking their medication during TMS and some adjust it with their prescriber. Your clinician decides with you. Don't stop or change any medicine on your own. Talk with your prescriber first.

Will you tell me if TMS isn't right for me?

Yes. Metal in or near the head, certain implants, a seizure history and other factors can make TMS a poor choice. Sometimes the honest answer is "not right now." If TMS isn't a fit, we'll tell you and talk through other options.

How RSLNT helps you decide

We built this clinic to give people straight answers and a plan they can actually keep. At your free consult, a clinician reviews whether TMS is a fit for you. We help confirm your benefits, map out a schedule that works with your week, and tell you plainly what happens next. It's a conversation, not a treatment session.
